Customized / Stitched Orders

Because many of our pieces are custom-stitched, we handle these with extra care:

• If a customized item does not fit properly, we are happy to offer an exchange, alteration, or store credit, depending on the situation

• Refunds are not issued once a customized order has entered production

• If there is a production defect or error on our part, we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you
