Customized Stitching:

Stitched orders are tailored upon request and commence production the next business day following the receipt of the advance payment.

Efforts are made to dispatch orders promptly, with a continuous endeavor to minimize delivery times.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Tahira Meer does not provide a refund or return policy. However, products purchased from Tahira Meer’s online store can be exchanged provided they remain unused and retain their original labels and tags. Exchanges are only facilitated if an incorrect order is delivered or if the product is faulty.

For international orders, exchanges are only accepted in cases of incorrect orders or faulty products.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled before processing. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent. After shipment, our exchange policy applies. Tahira Meer reserves the right to cancel orders due to factors such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments.
