Customized Stitching & Production:
At Tahira Meer, every stitched order is carefully customized according to your selected size and preferences. Production begins the next business day after we receive your advance payment. Our team ensures each piece is crafted with precision and care, maintaining our commitment to luxury and quality. We strive to dispatch all customized orders as quickly as possible, with most items delivered within 4 to 5 weeks — bringing you a truly personalized fashion experience.


Refund & Exchange Policy:
Tahira Meer maintains a no refund and no return policy once an order is processed. However, we do offer exchanges if:

  • An incorrect item is delivered.
  • The product is received in a faulty or damaged condition.


All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original labels and tags intact for an exchange to be processed.


Exchange Procedure:
If you receive a wrong or faulty item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number via email at tahirajmeer@gmail.com or call us at +1 (609) 639-1000 for assistance. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.


Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before they are processed for production. Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. After shipment, our exchange policy applies.


Please note, Tahira Meer reserves the right to cancel orders under specific circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payment authorizations. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.
