Delivery Timelines
Order Delivery:
Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 weeks after confirmation and the start of processing. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email with your order details. Orders paid by card are processed automatically.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way until it arrives at your doorstep.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address matches the region or market where the order is placed.

Free Returns & Exchanges
We accept free returns and exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Customized / Stitched Orders
Because many of our pieces are custom-stitched, we handle these with extra care:

If a customized item does not fit properly, we are happy to offer an exchange, alteration, or store credit, depending on the situation

Refunds are not issued once a customized order has entered production

If there is a production defect or error on our part, we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you

Order Cancellations

Tahira Meer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Orders may also be canceled in rare cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment authorization issues. Customers will be notified promptly in such situations.
